I started in 'generalist' strategy. Then I learned how to operationalise it. Then I brought AI into it. Now I'm designing agentic systems - each chapter sharpening the last.
I'm a Technology Strategy Consultant who works on the business side of technology transformations. I figure out where the problems are, what the solutions could be, whether it's actually worth the investment, and how to pitch these ideas to gain Executive sponsorship.
In practice, this means building the business case, quantifying the value of technologies like Agentic AI, Digital Identity and Platforms, and then telling the story in a way that lands differently depending on whether I'm talking to a CFO, COO, CTO, or even a Senior Managing Partner in Law.
I don't just build the strategy and hand it over. I've stayed through the transformation, set up the teams to deliver it, and helped clients see their first real results. That loop - strategy to execution and back - is what makes each strategy sharper than the last.
I'm a generalist strategist with specialisms in AI and value architecture. My priority at this stage of my career is continuous development and increasing levels of responsibility. Two areas excite me the most: growth and AI. I've built go-to-market strategies, sized new markets, quantified AI-driven productivity gains, and designed agentic systems from the ground up. I've done this across consumer goods, financial services, and law - industries defined by high growth and deep disruption. That combination of strategic skill and sector exposure is what makes my skills valuable to ambitious organisations and startups.
The toolkit I've built - each skill sharpened by doing, not just knowing.
Not a self-assessment score - a reflection of where I spend my time and where I'm deliberately stretching.
Different industries, different problems - each one a different role. Click any card to see the full story.
Beyond project delivery, I've been building Accenture's presence in Legal Tech - an industry on the edge of massive AI-driven disruption.
I developed a suite of Accenture's first Legal industry reference assets, designed to drive AI-led reinvention across the sector. I also published an AI Value Realisation Framework - distilling what I learned from leading a flagship AI project into a reusable methodology for how organisations should think about, measure, and capture AI value.
Each sector taught me something different about how technology creates value - and where the biggest opportunities sit.
The stuff that keeps the mind sharp and the perspective wide.
Experiencing new cultures, chasing wonders of the world, and collecting stories from every corner of it.
Watching and playing sport is my escapism. Unfortunately a Tottenham fan. Also running my first half marathon in May. Also tend to pick up tennis and golf when the sun's out.
Enjoying life. fashion, music, friends, family, the sun, and not taking it all too seriously.
This website only exists because I've challenged myself to "vibe prompt". I'm not a coder and I've coined "vibe prompting" for myself - the art of describing what you want and letting AI figure it out, but I'm on point to refine the story and user experience that I want to tell. If the result is good enough, does the method matter?
Whether you've got a challenge, an opportunity, or just want to have a conversation - I'm always up for it.
