I’m a consultant who delivers the business strategy behind technology transformations. I build business cases, write value narratives and pitch them to gain Executive sponsorship, including CFOs, COOs and Senior Managing Partners in Law.

I haven’t just built the strategy and handed it over. I’ve stayed through the transformation and helped clients see their first real benefits. That loop, strategy to execution and back, is what makes my ability to deliver value better each time.

Designing how agentic AI squads plug into core business processes, building the value framework from scratch and getting it endorsed at CFO level.

  • Built a standardised business case template and value/cost builder application from scratch, giving the team a repeatable way to quantify the value and size the cost of agentic solutions - addressing a gap where little thought leadership exists on how to define the cost to run an agent.
  • Defined and operationalised a first-of-its-kind Agentic Value Prioritisation Framework, endorsed by the CFO and Programme Sponsorship, now being scaled across the business beyond the programme.
  • Prioritised 4 major agentic opportunities in the Order-to-Cash domain, signed off by Global Process Owners, from a pipeline of 24+ high-value opportunities identified through process-led discovery with SMEs and process experts.
  • Conducted analysis on SAP AI out-of-the-box solutions, finding only ~2% coverage across Order-to-Cash Level 5 processes, reinforcing the case for custom agentic solutions in high-priority areas.
  • Delivered causal loop analysis on the domain to inform the operational scope, and designed the squad structure for agentifying order management across both upstream planning and downstream operations.

I built the strategy for a Value Realisation Office then stayed to actually run it. Led the function responsible for tracking $400M+ in value across AI, Data, and Operations.

Beyond project delivery, I’ve been building Accenture’s presence in Legal Tech, an industry on the edge of massive AI-driven disruption.

I developed a suite of Accenture’s first Legal industry reference assets, designed to drive AI-led reinvention across the sector. I also published an AI Value Realisation Framework, distilling what I learned from leading a flagship AI project into a reusable methodology for how organisations should think about, measure, and capture AI value.
