I’m a consultant who delivers the business strategy behind technology transformations. I build business cases, write value narratives and pitch them to gain Executive sponsorship, including CFOs, COOs and Senior Managing Partners in Law.

I haven’t just built the strategy and handed it over. I’ve stayed through the transformation and helped clients see their first real benefits. That loop, strategy to execution and back, is what makes my ability to deliver value better each time.

My combination of sector breadth, value architecture and AI depth makes me valuable to ambitious organisations and startups.

I developed Accenture’s first Legal industry strategy assets, designed to drive AI-led reinvention across the sector. I also built the AI Value Realisation Framework into a reusable methodology for how organisations think about, measure, and capture AI value.
